Our products are sold exclusively online through this website. We do not operate physical retail stores, and our registered office is not open to customers or for returns.
3. Products, prices and availability
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Screen colours and photography can differ slightly from the actual item.
Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes only where stated.
4. Orders and our right to cancel
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. We may cancel or refuse an order, in whole or in part, in cases including:
- an obvious pricing or description error;
- the item is out of stock or unavailable from our fulfilment partner;
- we suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method;
- the delivery address is incomplete, invalid or in a country we cannot ship to.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we refund it in full to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and delivery details, including your name, email address, phone number and full shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that fail to arrive because of information you supplied incorrectly.
